Wear dress that is most similiar to hers and dye your hair yellow or wear a yellow wig. Put on eye lashes and you’re ready to go.

Paint your face white, with a pink nose and draw black whiskers starting from the edge of your nose and flaring out over your cheek.

do it in a different way, wear a white dress with a big watch around your neck and big hair so its got the idea of ears, then really dark eyes, do your nose. and then really rosey red lips and cheeks!
