Im going into 9th grade and want to start wearing a little makeup. Im not sure what color eye shadow, foundation, and mascara i should wear. Im bmedium lengthed blonde haired, blue eyed, fairly skinney, with light skin tone.

Brown pencil eyeliner & brown eyeshadow. Blonde hair and blue eyes need to stay away from black! Lightly sweep some brown eyeshadow on the ends of your eyelid and add some brown pencil eyeliner on the bottom. Add chapstick and lipgloss. Keep it natural.

You should try blue eyeliner with black mascara and a natural coloured foundation. Don’t bother with this eyeshadow.

You can use a foundation to match your skin tone if you feel you need it; otherwise you can use a tinted moisturiser which is just a lighter foundation. A good mascara is rimmel magnif’eyes extreme black and a good eyeshadow that I use is rimmel in taupe which makes your eyes look natural and smokey.
